Job Description

As a GTM Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and deploying personalized outbound campaigns that cut through the noise. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to identify high-value accounts, enrich contact data, and craft highly relevant outreach across email, LinkedIn, and voice. You’ll be the technical architect behind our outbound motion, turning tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and Zapier into a finely-tuned growth engine. Will set up and manage outbound outreach workflows using tools like Clay, Phantombuster, and enrichment APIs. The candidate will build dynamic campaigns that personalize messaging across email, LinkedIn, and phone based on job title, industry, technology stack, and intent data.
