Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior support across measurement portfolio including MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, website analytics, CM360 reporting, and growth journey analytics.
  • Lead technical implementation of MTA 2.0, partnering with the team that owns strategy and roadmap.
  • Pressure-test assumptions, validate outputs, and guide reconciliation across measurement approaches for stakeholder trust.

Technical Leadership:

  • Apply ML, statistical modeling, and AI (including LLM-based workflows) to improve measurement quality, speed, and scalability.

###Ensure methodological choices are well-documented, defensible, and trusted by business stakeholders.

  • Build advanced analytics capability within the function over time through mentorship and development.

Cross-Functional Impact:

  • Translate technical measurement outputs into clear language for marketing, finance, and executive audiences.
  • Support the team's credibility in cross-functional forums and influence leaders across the organization.
  • Own the strategy for MTA revamp, including implementation, validation, and clear reconciliation against other models.
