Drive content strategy for best-in-class websites, web stores, checkout flows, and subscription services. In this strategic and creative role, you will conceptualize and deliver exceptional digital experiences that seamlessly integrate brand identity and UX best practices, while helping shape the way prospective and new customers engage with and purchase our product. Collaborate with Ouraβs Commerce product and design team to ideate and create content that clearly communicates Ouraβs value propositions and ultimately drives revenue.
Proactively recommend A/B tests, strategic refinements to existing content, and new ideas for content strategy that drive the business toward key objectives. Expertly manage time and priorities to deliver content drafts on deadline; work cross-functionally to ensure necessary reviews take place in order to deliver final assets on time to developers.
Develop, maintain, and socialize a web content style guide, in partnership with the Senior Product Design Manager and the Copy Lead. Work closely with the Copy Lead and Creative team to ensure content is a clear extension of the Oura brandβs style and tone. Stay at the forefront of digital content strategy to inspire and drive innovation.
