Solution Architect Manager

The Solution Architect Manager is a senior technical and people leader within IEM’s Application Engineering group. This role oversees a team of Solution Architects and drives the strategic development of power system solutions across industrial, data center, and enterprise applications. The manager ensures technical excellence, fosters innovation, and aligns architectural practices with business goals. This position plays a critical role in mentoring talent, scaling technical capabilities, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration across engineering and commercial teams. Key responsibilities include leadership and team management, strategic architecture oversight, cross-functional collaboration, pre-sales & technical enablement, and innovation & technology strategy.
