Team Leader (GA)

Lead and manage a General Accounting (GA) team of 8–13 people, including planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations. Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations. Provide technical and operational support to team members in day-to-day activities. Drive continuous process improvements and support the implementation of initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
