Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support product development at Kennel Connection, our SaaS platform for pet care businesses. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and support staff to gather requirements, write user stories, and ensure clarity and alignment across all stages of the development cycle. This is a remote position intended for an overseas contractor with at least partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. The candidate will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from internal teams and customers. This role involves Translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. Maintaining a prioritized and groomed product backlog in Azure DevOps (or similar tool) and collaborating with developers to ensure accurate understanding and execution of requirements.
