Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist

The Role:

• Join the Data Intelligence team to transform raw recorded data into clean, structured, anonymized data.
• Own key parts of ML pipelines end to end and make them more accurate, cost-efficient, and trustworthy.
• Work on applied, LLM-heavy problems including evaluating and fine-tuning models.

Day-to-Day:

• Debug and improve production pipelines for accuracy and efficiency.
• Build LLM evals and LLM-as-a-judge systems, including datasets, metrics, and benchmarks.
• Run rigorous experiments on prompts, pipeline design, and model choice, and turn results into clear recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

• An experiment- and data-driven researcher mindset with strong coding habits.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs in production or near-production settings.
• Strong Python skills and the ability to work independently on ambiguous problems.
