What You Will Do:
- Provide market intelligence on bolt on targets, competitive landscape, and valuation context within your subsector.
- Make introductions to founders, family owners, and senior executives in your existing network.
- Review confidential information memoranda and management presentations for sector specific operating fit and risk.
What We Are Looking For:
- VP Operations, COO, President, or CEO at a utility services operator, renewable developer or O&M platform, water utility, environmental services platform, or PE backed energy infrastructure operator
- Fifteen years or more in energy adjacent services with direct multi site or multi region operating experience
- Working knowledge of regulated utility procurement, federal and state environmental compliance, or renewable project finance, depending on your subsector
