Business Intelligence Lead

As the Business Intelligence Lead, you’ll be the hands-on owner of reporting and insights at Skillshare. You’ll partner directly with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, actionable metrics and a clear understanding of what drives performance. You’ll balance strategic thinking with execution — writing advanced SQL, building dashboards, and delivering weekly reporting — while shaping KPI frameworks and lightweight processes that scale. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product to translate data into decisions that drive acquisition, retention, and long-term growth. You’ll collaborate with Data Engineering to navigate our modeling layer (dbt) and align on priorities. This is an IC role to start (team of one) with potential to evolve as BI needs scale.
