Your Role:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Data team, working closely with the Data Manager, Development team, and CEO.
- Research, process, and analyze datasets across various organizational projects.
- Build reports for internal and external stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
Skills & Requirements:
- High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python (Pandas).
- Good to have: Python (Matplotlib), Linux Shell, ETL processes.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in economic development and startup ecosystems.
Compensation and Conditions:
- Starting monthly salary depends on experience and skills.
- Remote position, work from anywhere with hours aligned to Central European Time (9 AM - 5 PM CET).
- 26 paid vacation days per year, full-time contractor engagement.
