Job Description
Content Creation & Internal Communication:
- Plan, create, and curate digital content for internal communications, training, and marketing.
- Leverage AI to help build, refine, and enhance written and visual content (ads, training scripts, internal memos, etc.).
- Curate internal and external learning resources and integrate them into company platforms.
Video Production & AI Video Support:
- Edit and design short-form videos for training, communication, and marketing.
- Use AI video tools (e.g., HeyGen, AI Studio, Envato) to create or enhance video content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce instructional modules and micro-learning videos.
Graphic Design & Visual Communication:
- Create visually compelling graphics, slide decks, infographics, and branded assets.
- Produce professional content that reflects Peak American’s branding standards.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free visual outputs.
