Ideate and deliver video content for Lyra Health International, from engaging social shorts to promotional videos to user- generated content. This role requires expertise in animation, storyboard creation, scripting, filming, and video editing, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Take ownership of creative decisions including footage selection and narrative structure for client campaigns, lead the editing process for premium social media content across multiple platforms, and make independent creative decisions to enhance content performance. Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to creative content.

Coordinate and execute projects and direct personnel to create advertising content for client brands within agency’s in-house production facility. Work closely with multiple departments in the agency to ensure the highest quality work is produced for our clients, manage client relationships and direct reports, and handle post-production workflow, bidding and finishing.
