Tax Operations Manager – Eastern & Southern Africa (ESA)

Tax Compliance & Reporting:

• Prepare and ensure timely filing of all direct and indirect tax returns across the ESA region.
• Maintain a robust tax repository covering filings, payments, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Revenue Authority & Audit Management:

• Manage day-to-day engagement with revenue authorities across ESA jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to resolve tax matters efficiently and proactively.

Transfer Pricing & Strategic Tax Support:

• Support implementation of transfer pricing policies and documentation requirements.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on improving tax efficiency and optimising the Group’s operating model.
