As an integral part of pawaPay's People and Talent team, you will help create and drive the delivery of their Talent strategy as they continue to scale. You will work hand-in-hand with leaders to bring A-players into the company, from crafting sourcing strategies to building a strong pipeline and exciting top-tier talent who align with the pawaPay mission. You will build deep partnerships with managers to positively influence the hiring process and ensure a smooth transition to successful candidates’ onboarding journey.
