Senior Data Analyst

As a part of the Data Analytics function at Cribl, you will be responsible for empowering data-driven decision-making across Cribl. Focused on scaling our business intelligence product, democratizing the use of data, and championing data best practices! You will be a key contributor to our centralized Analytics team, partnering closely with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience functions. The team also enjoys spending time with each other remotely, at offsites, and geeking out on the latest foodie hot spots! You will collaborate with team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and formulate end-to-end outcomes that include data gathering, analysis, visualizations. You will gather and translate underlying needs of our business into key metrics and frequently analyze and report to stakeholders. You will maintain, develop, and automate reporting needs at Cribl with an ability to context switch between projects. You will scale the data technology stack by managing data sets into our data warehouse, creating meaningful data transformations, and making data available in our BI tool. You will empower Criblanians to self-service all their data needs by developing, scaling and leading the enablement of our centralized BI tool.
