Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors in discovery to surface technical requirements and shape solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Translate product capabilities into tailored demonstrations that show clear value and drive buyer confidence.
  • Validate technical feasibility of deals by assessing integrations, workflows, and system constraints early in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to align solutions so that commitments made in sales are achievable and scalable.

Qualifications:

  • Requires 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to progress deals that require technical validation and solution design.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating technical tradeoffs and aligning solutions with both customer needs and product capabilities.
