Sr. Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and performance of data-driven solutions across various Natera’s products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including lab operations, product, engineering, and other data scientists, to analyze, interpret, and enhance the performance of critical product workflows and drive process improvements. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world data challenges, improve efficiency through automation, and develop scalable data solutions that support business objectives. Responsibilities include identifying process issues, assisting with root cause analysis, providing product support, providing data-backed analysis, developing and implementing anomaly detection models, applying statistical techniques, performing exploratory data analysis, documenting analytical processes, and providing training and guidance on SQL, data analysis, and statistical methods.
