Responsibilities:
- Provide data management and develop procedures for effective data management across the organization.
- Collect and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insight for strategic decision-making.
- Work alongside cross-organizational teams to establish business needs and define new data collection and analysis processes.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required plus two years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced skills in Excel and SQL required, with experience in data entry and report writing.
- Prior financial or data analysis experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
