Job Description

Enable unified communication across all platforms with audio, video, and messaging capabilities. Lead audio integration into desktop applications in collaboration with multiple vendors. Utilize expertise in SIP, SDP, ICE, TURN , and other call signaling protocols to test, tune, and optimize audio experiences. Focus on audio quality, resiliency, connectivity, and overall reliability of a phone calling solution. Test and analyze audio quality parameters, including latency, MOS, packetization, clipping, background noise, and echo. Benchmark audio quality metrics against competitors to ensure a superior experience. Architect and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency, performance, and stability of the audio solution. Analyze production statistics , identify potential issues, and develop solutions to prevent bug escapes. Investigate and resolve audio-related production issues , identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
