Head of Health Systems

The Head of Health Systems will define the Health Care System (HCS) and Professional Society (PS) strategy for TargetRWE, identifying, engaging, onboarding, and supporting partnerships. This role is critical to Target RWE's success. A key responsibility is developing and managing relationships to expand the data acquisition pipeline and establish new relationships with HCS. The position also requires developing forecasts, timelines, and recommendations for data partnerships. This individual will work closely with internal teams responsible for the data onboarding process, serving as a liaison between site and TRWE technical teams. This will include supporting the business development team for proposal development and collaboration with cross-functional teams for study development, implementation, and regulations.
