Provide technical guidance and expertise to the professional services team and clients. Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their cybersecurity and automation objectives. Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving. Support the sales team in scoping and proposing professional services engagements. Contribute to the development of new service offerings and enhancements to existing services. Enable our partners to deliver services by providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support.
