We are seeking an experienced Climate Tech & Sustainability Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within climate and sustainability roles.
Coaches provide expertise in core climate consulting, corporate sustainability, sustainable supply chain, policy regulations, and funding grants.
This role combines technical coaching with career support to help clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

Teach core climate consulting skills, corporate sustainability, and sustainable supply chain operations.
Offer resume review, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter guidance, and behavioral and technical interview prep.
Provide networking strategy and salary negotiation support tailored to climate tech.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in climate tech, sustainability, or climate policy as a consultant, sustainability lead, or industry professional.
Strong understanding of the climate and sustainability landscape with a structured coaching approach.
Ability to set your own hours and rates while partnering with a supportive team.
