Lead Engineer, CMS Builder

We're looking for a Lead Engineer (Rails/React) to join our CMS engineering team. The team is responsible for the core user-facing areas of the product, including discussions, courses, the Home feed, weekly digests, and search. We’re building a website builder that will be used by millions of members across Circle communities. As a Lead Engineer, you’ll lead the development of high-scale backend systems that power the new website builder experience. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to shape what we build and how we build it. The role involves shipping high-quality code, mentoring engineers, owning project execution, driving performance optimizations, designing A/B tests, and engaging with stakeholders.
