As our Social Media Community Manager, you’ll craft content that hits, lead the conversations that matter, and build meaningful relationships across the industry. You will Represent the voice of Steer across comments and DMs, responding in a way that feels helpful. Share original short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.) across brand channels that feels relevant, real, and engaging. Highlight the stories of our community and bring their perspectives to life through content. Participate in meaningful conversations across social platforms and industry groups, helping us stay connected to what matters most to our audience. Collaborate with influencers and industry voices who align with our brand, and build relationships that help extend our reach. Identify trends that align with our voice and values, and contribute ideas for how we can thoughtfully join the conversation. Share key insights and community feedback with our marketing and product teams to help guide future content and features. Track and report on metrics like engagement, sentiment, and audience growth to understand what’s resonating and inform our ongoing strategy.
