Who You Are:
- You have 10+ years of digital design experience and 3+ years in leadership.
- You have a killer design aesthetic and an excellent handle on UX and digital strategy.
- You are fluent in emerging AI-powered creative workflows and tools like Figma AI.
What You'll Do:
- Lead our digital team, including UX and Visual Design, and shape our next wave of digital launches.
- Partner with strategists, brand designers, and art directors to build digital experiences.
- Define digital processes, guide clients, and collaborate with business development.
