Role Overview:
- Render is seeking a Creative Director to lead brand evolution and elevate creative standards.
- This senior leadership role is for a player/coach, setting vision and executing when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Own brand strategy and positioning, partnering with design and marketing leadership.
- Set and uphold creative vision across all surfaces: marketing site, events, social, and product.
- Lead and grow the brand design team, developing senior talent and shaping team structure.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as Art Director or Creative Director, ideally in developer tools or SaaS.
- Proven experience managing creative talent and building strong team culture.
- Exceptional craft and taste, with fluency in brand-as-system and cross-functional collaboration.
