Creative Director

The Role:

• Lead creative vision across every customer touchpoint while ensuring a consistent, trusted brand experience.
• Partner with Marketing to create high-performing creative across paid, organic, lifecycle, email, social, and emerging channels.
• Build scalable creative operations, production systems, and quality standards that enable speed without sacrificing quality.

The Person:

• We are looking for a creative leader who enjoys building as much as leading, comfortable with AI tools and performance marketing.
• Player-coach who can develop people, present strategy to executives, and roll up sleeves to solve creative challenges.
• Mission-aligned and excited to use creative storytelling to build trust and advance affordable housing.
