- You must be obsessed with using AI to enhance productivity, building agents and workflows to handle repeatable production tasks.
- You will use these tools to achieve high-volume output while acting as the human editor to ensure quality.
- Strong, current opinions on AI content tools and hands-on experimentation are mandatory.

- You have direct experience in the creator economy, with deep knowledge of platform algorithms, podcast monetization, and newsletter growth.
