Job Description
API Expertise & Customer Guidance:
- Become the authority on our API, schemas, data relationships, and webhook behavior.
- Guide customers through authentication, endpoint calls, payload structuring, and data retrieval.
- Provide step-by-step support via email or live calls for external developers.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
- Review payloads, headers, logs, and webhook events to identify the root cause of issues.
- Reproduce customer problems by running sample queries and crafting test payloads.
- Escalate complex API issues or enhancements to Engineering with concise technical detail.
Content & Tools:
- Produce practical developer assets including cURL and Python examples and Postman collections.
- Maintain and improve our API-facing content based on recurring customer questions.
- Create Integration walkthroughs and short video guides.
