Security Coach

About the Role:

• The Security Coach is a client-facing advisor helping customers improve their security posture through coaching and tactical deep-dives.
• This role partners with Quisitive MDR/SecOps, Customer Success, and technical consultants to translate security insights into actionable recommendations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead recurring customer security coaching sessions, including tactical reviews and executive-level discussions.
• Review threats, incidents, and posture trends to identify meaningful areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain customer-specific security roadmaps tied to licensing, budget, and risk priorities.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of cybersecurity or managed security services experience with strong client-facing advisory skills.
• Experience with Microsoft security products like Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Entra ID.
• Ability to translate complex security data into practical recommendations for both technical and executive audiences.
