Program Strategy & Operations Director

At Enveda, every role drives impact, and we’re redefining what it means to be a Program Manager. As Program Strategy & Operations leaders you will be strategic and operational copilots to the Asset Entrepreneurs who drive each of our therapeutic programs. You will translate complexity into clarity by distilling scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational inputs into actionable insights and forward-leaning decisions. You will own program execution end-to-end, identifying obstacles as efficiently as possible and doing whatever it takes to keep the program moving. You will operate as a strategic thought partner, anticipating inflection points, modeling alternative scenarios, and helping to determine when to accelerate, pivot, or pause based on data and risk. Ultimately, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, science, and operations, where decisions move the needle on both the program and the company.
