Líder Técnico

We're looking for a Technical Leader to guide our development team in strategic and high-impact projects. This person will be responsible for technically guiding the team, ensuring quality and good coding practices, and contributing directly to architecture and technology decisions. Responsibilities include leading the development team, offering mentoring and support, designing, reviewing and implementing solutions in .NET 8.0 / C#, ensuring quality and scalability. You will also integrate backend systems with Angular 16+ and PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. They will also define and apply architecture patterns, Clean Code, SOLID and good engineering practices, ensure unit tests, mocks and test data generation (xUnit, NSubstitute, Faker), plan and supervise CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and Git / GitFlow versioning flow, act in the architecture of messaging and queues using Azure Service Bus and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
