Senior Analytics Engineer (f/m/d)

Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines (batch and real-time) that support our internal analytics and data products. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to understand data needs and deliver reliable datasets and models. Develop and optimize our data lake and warehouse infrastructure (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, or similar). Ensure data quality, consistency, and security , especially in a high-growth, high-volume SaaS environment. Build tools to enable self-service analytics and empower Apaleo teams and customers to make data-driven decisions. Support experimentation and reporting pipelines across multiple departments (marketing attribution, product usage, financial metrics, etc.). Continuously improve performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability of our data stack. Help shape and evolve data governance practices , documentation, and architecture decisions.
