Job Description

Program Leadership & Strategic Collaboration: Lead data-driven content development and integrated marketing efforts for 4–6 open source projects, ensuring alignment with organizational and project-level goals. Act as strategic partner to Project Directors, steering cross-functional initiatives. Represent project and marketing strategy in stakeholder meetings, synthesizing insights and guiding action plans.

Marketing Operations & Content Performance: Manage content calendars mapped to campaign milestones and stakeholder engagement objectives. Execute email marketing, digital advertising, and social media campaigns using HubSpot. Monitor and analyze performance across all marketing channels.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development: Mentor junior marketing staff and program coordinators, modeling self-management and organizational best practices. Lead and facilitate meetings across virtual teams globally, encouraging agile decision-making. Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
