The Digital Wellness Support Coordinator will be the first point of contact for potential patients reaching out via SMS. You'll also provide occasional phone support and serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate guide to help clients access the care they need. Responsibilities include replying to inbound text inquiries, asking questions to uncover client needs, scheduling calls via tools like Calendly, inputting client data in CRM, building rapport with new leads, and sending follow-ups.
