Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of autonomous robotic systems, conducting site surveys, generating maps, and installing/commissioning systems in live production environments.
  • Train customer operators and manage the handoff to support, while also defining and leading User Acceptance Testing to prove system meets safety and throughput KPIs.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact during deployments, working with customer IT teams to configure networks and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Run regular performance reviews with customers using data to drive operational improvements and ensure routes remain optimized over time.

Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Analyze robot logs and sensor data using tools like Foxglove and RViz to diagnose hardware, software, and perception issues in the field.
  • Own incident resolution across support tiers, ensuring fast resolution and clear documentation, while monitoring fleet health via dashboards like Grafana.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Provide structured feedback from the field to Product, Engineering, QA, and Perception teams to support validation activities and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners for hardware/software integration and build scalable deployment playbooks and Jira-based workflows.
