About the role:
- This hands-on technical leadership position oversees security engineering and architecture for a large federal healthcare project.
- You will guide ATO activities, Zero Trust compliance, and continuous monitoring across complex environments.
What you'll do:
- Define and lead security architecture, engineering standards, and verification practices.
- Provide technical leadership to ISSO and ISSE teams supporting security engineering and compliance.
- Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and broader cybersecurity program activities.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or cybersecurity with 10+ years experience and CISSP certification.
- At least five years of security-engineering experience in Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-based projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
