Associate Director, Monitoring Oversight Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oversight CRAs globally, ensuring study deliverables meet efficiency and quality standards.
• Assist in creating and revising departmental SOPs and policies.
• Conduct regular meetings with Oversight CRA team and individual CRAs to disseminate updates and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a CRA or related role.
• Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines, Good Clinical Practice, and FDA regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
