Job Description

Responsibilities include ensuring promotions and rebates are correctly implemented on the website and verifying accuracy of content, visuals, and data. This also includes helping track brand sentiment and reputation across review platforms and search results; coordinate internally to address issues and improve perception. You will assist in the setup and execution of email marketing and SMS marketing and keep homepage and key pages updated with current promotional assets and messaging. The role also includes working with designers and contractors to produce assets for web, email, and social media, conducting user interviews and exploratory research to understand customer needs, support audience segmentation by behavior, location, or other factors, and researching competitors and identify content or messaging opportunities.
