Senior Manager, Investor Services (CAPM)

As the Senior Manager, Investor Services, you will lead efforts to strengthen investor relationships, manage loan portfolio performance discussions, and collaborate cross-functionally to provide investors with the insights they need to make informed investment decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional capital investors, serving as their primary point of contact. Provide detailed reporting and analysis on loan portfolio performance, proactively addressing investor concerns and questions. Lead investor meetings, quarterly business reviews, and discussions on market trends, credit performance, and investment opportunities. Work cross-functionally with risk, data, and finance teams to ensure investors receive accurate, timely, and insightful data. Drive initiatives to enhance investor experience, including improving communication, reporting, and service levels. Handle complex investor inquiries, ensure compliance with investor agreements to optimize capital sources.
