Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs through evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver remote therapeutic interventions and educate patients and caregivers on techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards like HIPAA.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and an active or applicable CA State License.
  • Experience in a clinic or school setting and technical proficiency for teletherapy.
  • Comfort working with pediatrics; bilingual Spanish or feeding/hand therapy experience is preferred.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Hourly rates range from $28 to $60 based on experience, bilingualism, and employment type (1099/W2).
  • Reimbursement for California licensure after 145 hours of work is provided.
