- Coordinate workstreams and team development by directing Senior Associates, managing the data room, and providing substantive feedback to elevate analytical output.
- Prepare client deliverables by drafting due diligence report sections, building financial exhibits for management calls, and ensuring findings are accurate and well-organized.
Qualifications:
- Possess 4+ years in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or public accounting with meaningful healthcare deal exposure and working knowledge of healthcare financial mechanics.
- Demonstrate strong Excel proficiency and clear written communication to produce clean workpapers and logically organized report sections.
- Exhibit the ability to execute with precision under compressed deal timelines, surface issues early, and maintain curiosity about how healthcare businesses operate.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The role offers a base salary range of $133,000 to $173,000 annually with an annual discretionary bonus target of 20% and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
