Art Lead

Voldex is seeking an Art Lead for Brookhaven to manage art direction, ensuring performant assets with a consistent look. The role involves building 3D art assets, addressing artistic challenges, managing art-team workloads, and ensuring asset delivery on time. You will lead and mentor a small team of artists, providing direction and feedback while maintaining art-production pipelines and documentation. The ideal candidate will understand asset performance on Roblox, be proficient in Roblox Studio, and have experience with art creation under performance constraints. Excellent leadership, communication, and familiarity with project management tools are essential to own a game’s art direction.
