Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies that drive store traffic, revenue growth, and community engagement across our Maryland, New Jersey, and Louisiana markets. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing, this individual contributor role will lead cross-functional marketing efforts to support daily promotional activity, customer retention initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, and new store openings within their assigned regions. The role involves executing retail marketing campaigns and promotions that support sales goals, driving traffic through targeted strategies, serving as the marketing point of contact for regional teams, collaborating with national teams, managing promotional calendars, and supporting new store openings. They would coordinate with partners to drive awareness, identify regional trends, monitor campaign performance, and maintain alignment with in-store leadership.
