Product Development Coordinator

Seeking a detail-driven and organized Product Development Coordinator to support our growing innovation pipeline. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sr. Product Development Manager to track project timelines, manage documentation, support cross-functional execution, and contribute to the successful launch of new products. You’ll also play a key role in label development, from document verification and version control to change order creation. You’ll help coordinate in-person and remote flavor panels and ensure alignment across departments through consistent, high-quality communication. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset—plus a passion for wellness and natural products. You will support execution of new product innovation across multiple supplement categories, coordinate and lead all in-person flavor panels, and assist with project timelines. You will also manage cross-functional handoffs and play a critical role in label management.
