Seeking a detail-driven and organized Product Development Coordinator to support our growing innovation pipeline. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sr. Product Development Manager to track project timelines, manage documentation, support cross-functional execution, and contribute to the successful launch of new products. You’ll also play a key role in label development.

This role is critical to the successful commercialization of both new innovation and renovation projects. As Documentation Manager, you will manage technical documentation, oversee digital systems, support raw material and BOM documentation, and play a key role in packaging coordination and regulatory submissions. Additionally, this role will oversee one direct report, taking responsibility for their training, development, coaching, and administrative support.
