Documentation Manager

As the Project Lead for Unifize and SpecRight, you will manage system functionality, user access, maintenance, and training. This role includes overseeing UPC and SKU creation, maintaining Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Finished Good Specifications (FGS), and leading internal document coordination with contract manufacturers and vendors. You will also manage raw material documentation, support packaging selection, and lead UL WERCSmart submissions to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will partner with Supply Chain to qualify and track alternate materials and oversee label management, including task allocation, training, and quality control. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain internal product mockups for retailer and internal use.
