Job Description
WHO YOU ARE:
- Experienced: 7+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years of engineering management experience, and experience sourcing and hiring engineers.
- Good Engineering: Understands high-quality code and processes and can support the team with architecture decisions for scaling systems.
- Strong Communicator: Able to capture the essence of complex situations and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical partners.
