Senior Computer Vision & Machine Learning Engineer

Project delivery:

• Own end-to-end CV projects for defect detection, thermal anomalies, and vegetation monitoring.
• Scope and execute projects from problem framing to production deployment.
• Contribute to shared team projects with coordinated milestones.

Research and experimentation:

• Stay current with ML/CV research and evaluate applicability to power grid domain.
• Adapt and implement algorithms from papers, benchmarking for production viability.
• Design experiments with hyperparameter tuning, ablation studies, and error analysis.

Engineering and production:

• Develop production-grade Python libraries for the full ML lifecycle.
• Design data pipelines including ingestion, preprocessing, and annotation workflows.
• Build model serving pipelines meeting latency and throughput requirements.
