Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full Japanese voice acting pipeline, from script readiness to final delivery.
- Source, recruit, and onboard Japanese voice actors, managing casting processes and building a talent network.
- Ensure smooth coordination and quality control, handling re-recordings and maintaining high standards.
Collaboration & Process:
- Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure Japanese scripts are production-ready.
- Develop scalable workflows and best practices for Japanese VO production.
- Explore and implement tools or technologies to improve efficiency.
Requirements for Success:
- Native Japanese proficiency and exceptional English command for international teamwork.
- 3+ years in voice acting production, dubbing, or localization with proven talent management experience.
- Strong coordination and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
